About Love Thy Neighborhood
Love Thy Neighborhood is an urban missions agency for young adults, ages 18-30, impacting homelessness, the adult entertainment industry, crisis pregnancy, orphan care, healthcare, refugees, low-income housing, education, sports & recreation, neighborhood renewal, book editing & publishing, podcasting, visual arts, media & design and nonprofit leadership. We equip and mobilize the next generation of Christian leaders to work with the poor, the suffering and the marginalized in our city.

Role of Development Director Assistant:
The Development Director assists the Development Director at Love Thy Neighborhood. This can include but is not limited to donor database management, data entry, sending thank you letters, assisting with fundraising events, assisting with grant applications, donor meetings and donor relations. Some social media scheduling may be required from time to time.
Responsibilities of Development Director Assistant:
- Enter donor data
- Send correspondence to donors
- Event assistance
- Grant writing
- Scheduling meeting
- Assisting with social media scheduling
The above description is 50% of the LTN program.
