Role of the Executive Director Assistant
This position is for interns looking for a fast paced every changing experience. You will be the personal assistant for the Executive Director of a rapidly changing and growing organization. This person needs to be highly organized and adaptable.
Responsibilities of Executive Director Assistant
- Maintain Executive Director’s calendar
- Network with local churches and agencies on behalf of organization
- Attend information events with Executive Director
- Follow up after meetings
- Sort, organize and file paperwork
- Assist with volunteer events
*Some local travel may be required depending on events.
