About Love Thy Neighborhood
Love Thy Neighborhood is an urban missions agency for young adults, ages 18-30, impacting homelessness, the adult entertainment industry, crisis pregnancy, orphan care, healthcare, refugees, low-income housing, education, sports & recreation, neighborhood renewal, book editing & publishing, podcasting, visual arts, media & design and nonprofit leadership. We equip and mobilize the next generation of Christian leaders to work with the poor, the suffering and the marginalized in our city.

Role of Operations Administrator Assistant:
The Operations Administrator Assistant is responsible for overseeing the logistics and behind the scenes work of Love Thy Neighborhood. They ensure that things are running smoothly and efficiently. This job is a support role to the entire ministry and you can often be called on to help with a variety of different tasks. No two days will look the same. You will work with a lot of different interns doing a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities of Operations Administrator Assistant
- Run errands
- Fill-out paperwork
- Run Expense Reports
- Scheduling meetings
- Household & LTN library curration
- Assist with LTN Alumni of the Year Award
- Pay & send Office invoices
- Create & send check requests to Bookkeeper
- Order office supplies
- Sch. & prep for board meetings
- Prep for long term investments
- Prepping accepted future Team Members for service with LTN
